Update

This update add minor improvements to functions like R/convert_output.R and R/create_tables_doc.R. We have also included a function to add the alternative text produced from satf to the final render of the report. See below for the full summary of additions to this version.

Summary

Major Changes

• Large tables are now broken down into more manageable chunks which is reflected in their captions. Wide tables are shifted to landscape position when applicable.
• Add vignette for convert_output function
• Add vignette providing suggested workflow for adding custom plots
• Add functionality for using 'html' as a rendered format in create_template()
• New function called add_alttext() to incorporate alternative text from 'captions_alt_text.csv' produced from the satf R package
