Make key quantity workflow more reproducible #216
Description
- Explore how to integrate Sam's comment about increasing reproducibility of key quantities extraction/insertion into workflow: Redesign key quantity extraction/insertion pipeline #205 (review)
Sam's notes to the above function:
- it definitely does not work
- some of the quantities in the list need to be adjusted (I think)
- the output of this is a list which could then be the accepted input to the export_kqs and insert_kqs functions
- some of the info needs to be moved out of the ifelse statement when quantities are extracted so the ifelse is only for the y-axis value (or I guess also the z value if present)
Other to-do's:
- Uncomment tests that were previously failing in asar::create_tables_doc() and asar::export_split_tbls(); they should work now
