feat: Hope to also support the CC VS Code plugin

Summary
cac currently focuses on Claude Code CLI workflows. It would be great to also support the Claude Code VS Code plugin, so users can reuse the same config, networking, and Docker environment inside VS Code.

Current state
cac supports Claude Code CLI and basic Docker lifecycle management.

Expected
The CC VS Code plugin can work with cac with minimal extra setup.

Thanks for the suggestion. CAC is currently focused on Claude Code CLI workflows, and VS Code plugin integration is not planned for now. Closing to keep the tracker focused; we can revisit later if there is a concrete integration path.
