Re-installing Docker stream to newly fresh install

Hi Teams,

we currently have specific question from partner, about how to re-installing docker stream including remove all data in database (fremisn and postgresql).

please, give recommendation and guideline how to reiinstall them.

Hi, can you be more specific about your current state (container version and what kind of activities you've done), so I can answer more specific.

If you want to clean all database and images, you can use docker prune
see here https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/system_prune/
You can prune volume, system, or containers

thanks for the answer. for the specific answer regarding the versioning would further provided after i ask to our partner.

hi Ekki,
for the current state, partner want to downgrade their versioning from the latest visionaire4:4.24.0 to visioniaire4:4.6.6 regarding to late issues that've found in latest visionaire4 version (linked issues click here). and the other hand partner itself, currently on working on development for the upcoming project and need to downgrade the environment due the above issues not yet solved.

therefore, they wanted to downgrade all docker stream environment and remove all information that stored in postgres and fremisn database. but before the issue had been raised, they found out the old data including face_id and stream_id remain intact.

while partner still do the re-configuration, please re-considered to not close this issues.
