SpecFact CLI now includes specfact backlog refine - a game-changing command that helps teams standardize unstructured backlog items from GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, and other backlog tools into corporate-compliant templates using AI assistance.

• IDE AI copilots feed results back to SpecFact CLI
• SpecFact CLI validates and processes the results
