Any plans to support Android 16's bond loss handling?

Android 16 has new intent filters for bond loss and excnryption changes as documented here https://developer.android.com/about/versions/16/behavior-changes-16#connectivity
and

any plans to incorporate the extra features into the library?

They will for sure be added to the new Kotlin BLE Library. I'll do my best to incorporate it in this one as well.
