Use ruby::bundle instead of exec

The puppetlabs/puppetlabs-ruby module (https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-ruby) already has the functionality to call bundle install. Wouldn't it be better to use this instead of exec?

ok, just send me a pull request. i'm happy to merge. if time allows i'll start working on this module again. let's see how it goes. hopefully this can be released to the forge in the near future.
