problems adding localities and species lists

While adding a locality in the new interface faced the following problems:

-modifiers such as 'cf.', 'aff.' cannot be included in the species list
-when saving you cannot add a reference at this moment, you must select a previously introduced one, which is anoying because the whole thing collapses if you try adding one then
-when I hit 'finalize entry' then everything collapses and asks for already introduced information (locality name, etc.)

Maybe the new GUI is not ready to add localities and you already told me and I forgot.
