Data anomalies not taken into account in chart

Describe the bug

While looking around, I saw:

It's a bit strange because the spike is in the range of a manual anomalie.

I write this issue to not forget about it, and will dig a bit more soon 👍

Additional context

Maybe there is an issue of < or <= range ?
Or maybe it's related to day of the week?
