By installing and using the AutoMind - AI Reply & Live Translator for X browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the extension immediately.
AutoMind is a productivity browser extension designed for the X (Twitter.com) platform that provides:
- AI-Powered Replies: Automatically generates contextual draft replies for X posts in multiple tones (including Web3/Crypto analytical styles).
- Live Speech Captions & Translation: Captures active tab audio (such as live X Spaces, YouTube videos, and podcasts) and generates real-time translated subtitles presented in a docked Side Panel.
- Text-to-Speech (TTS) Voice Readout: Provides optional voice audio output of translated captions for accessibility.
- Multiple AI Model Integrations: Connects to various third-party AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Groq, Kimi, DeepSeek, and Local APIs).
- Use the extension for personal and commercial engagement on X (Twitter).
- Generate reply drafts and translate live streams for legitimate, law-abiding purposes.
- Input your custom personal API keys to bypass daily usage limits.
- Use the extension to generate spam, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates X.com's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to modify, exploit, or reverse-engineer the extension's binary packaged code.
- Abuse the free usage tier or attempt to bypass proxy quota limitations.
- Share your custom API keys publicly or use the extension to distribute malicious software.
- API Key Security: If you choose the "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) option, you are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
- Usage & Costs: You are fully responsible for any billing charges or rate limits imposed by your third-party providers (OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Kimi, etc.).
- Output Verification: Content generated by AI models is automated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. You must review and edit all reply drafts before posting.
- Direct Local Connections: Your custom API keys are stored securely inside your browser's local encrypted storage. All direct API calls are sent straight from your browser to the AI platforms—never routed through our servers.
- No Audio Storage: We do not store, log, or record any audio captured during the Live Captions process. Speech data is processed transiently in memory to output text.
- "As-Is" Service: AutoMind is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- API & Platform Changes: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The extension's functionality is heavily dependent on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Groq, etc.) and X.com's frontend structure, which may change and cause temporary outages.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AutoMind, its creators, or contributors be liable for any data loss, service interruption, API costs, account suspension on X, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this tool.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension following any updates constitutes complete acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
