DllNotFoundException: UnityGGPO assembly

Vector War scene starts up, but I get this error on clicking the connect button. It seems to be looking for the UnityGGPO.dll, which is there...

I have run this successfully on my desktop, but I've just got this issue while trying to run on a win 11 laptop...

None from me, was hoping @nykwil would have something to say! I don't necessarily plan on debugging this, but if I do I'll update.
