Describe the bug

The health check seems to nuke all my files. When enabling almost all movies and series get deleted, when searching again everything gets blocklisted due to "missing articles" until there are no more released left to be downloaded, causing me to be left with a library with only 10% downloaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a shit ton of movies (350) and a couple of tv shows downloaded with health check disabled.
2. Enable automatic repairs.
3. come back the next day
4. See your entire library nuked.

Expected behavior
I'd expect there to be less repairs, i can't believe THAT many releases suddenly have articles missing

Additional context
I have 3 indexers and 3 pool connections connected to NzbDav, all 3 pool connections should have a different backbone. I don't really think DMCA's are the problem here, unless there is a sudden DMCA surge on all movies and shows.

I've had to turn repairs off as I was losing content daily, and there's no trigger by nzbdav to re-download the content. I hope this can be fixed soon as it's a pain point currently.

Sorry, I don't have a solution for your issue, but I can report that I am also on 0.6.4 and have health check turned on without issue. It does delete files occasionally (assuming they are "bad"). My deleted files are currently sitting at around 2%. I also want to report that it does trigger a redownload from the Arrs when it does delete a file. This all appears to be running as expected. I have a relatively huge library and it's been running pretty smoothly for about 3 months.

health checks seem to work fine for me but no repairs ever take place. how to get sonarr or radarr to do a search after nzbdav deleted something?

I have them turned off now.. Obviously, but this is what my health check panel looks like with the stats from when it was enabled:

I feel like that even the "repaired" files do not actually get repaired succesfully, and then the 6% that was healthy remains...
