Certain indexer gives back error 500 everytime

Describe the bug
Using the preset within UsenetStreamer for indexer NZB.life, the API is fine and account status is correct, test results come back when checking for nzbs. I'm using the route of setting up UsenetStreamer as a addon within AIOStreamer (Elfhosted private instance, axios/1.14.0) to pick a usenet link in Stremio and play it through NZBDAV (Also Elfhosted private instance). This works fine for a few indexers I have tested, but gives back an error 500 everytime for every single file I tried.

The whole setup is running on a single Elfhosted private account, tested it with the Mediaflow proxy both on and off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tested other indexers, they are fine and work as intended.
2. Changed a few settings, health checks etc.
3. Tried a proxy, multiple test devices like PC (web/app), mobile and Android TV.
4. Used the Usenet addon itself within Stremio or through AIOStreams, both gave the same result.

Expected behavior
I expect the stream to start playing when selecting it from the streams-list in Stremio.

Additional context
Downloaded NZB (16068 bytes), queueing via addfile
Download+addfile failed, falling back to addurl: Request failed with status code 500

NZB size in the logs is the same filesize everytime.

There a few moving parts before to be verified before this can be deemed as a defect on NZBdav.

First test if a route to the indexer from your instance is valid. Do wget -S -O - http://theindexer.tld/api?t=caps (consult your indexer for the proper URL).

Turn AIOStreams logging to silly. Check your AIOStream logs for nzbdav calls like fullUrl=http://nzbdav:3000/api?mode=addurl and Making nzbdav API request mode=history.

And then there is UsenetStreamer.

Your best is to consult with elfhosted support on their discord. They can walk you through things.
