I sat down and took another look at this after reading through the setup guide again. I have My max download connections set to 15, streaming priority versus queue set to 80 and article buffer set to 40, pretty sure these are defaults I need to be able to support probably 100 simultaneous video streams while still acquiring new content. I think my issue is that I have something set incorrectly and somehow my acquiring of new media is stepping on my ability to stream at the same time. I think if we can answer that question that should be all that I need
