Move unit and e2e tests into separate places

Description

Currently unit and e2e tests are combined in one place, so that it's hard to distinguish them. We need to move them in separate places and to establish agreements for a future tests.

Acceptance criteria:

• Unit and e2e tests are stored separately
• Agreement related to tests placement are established
