Can´t see assessments which are "in progress"

Description

Can´t see assessments which are "in progress". When I create a new assessment I can see it in "not startet" but when the time of the event starts it is not moved to "in progress". The whole table is empty.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new assessment.
Check if it is in "not startet" before start time is reached (yes)
Check if it is in "in progress" after start time is reached (no)

I have faced this issue too, how can I fix it?
