[BUG]: error while tryin to import csv or xlsx file format

Describe the bug

When trying to upload a csv ontology format from another source this get the following error: "The imported file does not match the predefined template. P
Please fill the predefined template a try again.

Not sure if is a bug while installing i did not get the template or other thing. Where is suppose to be the template and what is the format?

Reproduction Steps

Dowload a ttl ontology , translate it to csv and then try to load on Eddy
