docs(spec): the migration-entries README stops telling authors to regenerate and commit the two projections (#22485, rider from pointer 6094908270)
An entry regenerates registry.ts alone (gen:migration-registry); the two ADR-0087 D4 projections are generated at publish and in memory on the pull request, and neither has a committed copy any more. The #8344 merge-queue measurement stays, marked as history kept for its registry.ts conclusion. ## What this does not fix

The regeneration lap. `spec-changes.json` and `docs/protocol-upgrade-guide.md` are

### What the merge queue does with those projections — measured (#8344)
99+
The `registry.ts` lap. An entry lands with its generated regions in `registry.ts`, so
100+
`gen:migration-registry` regenerates that one file and the pull request commits it;
101+
`check:migration-registry` is its gate. Nothing else is regenerated for an entry.
102+
`spec-changes.json` and the protocol upgrade guide are projections of this registry, but
103+
neither is committed any more (#22449 B′: the guide's copy left git at #22483,
104+
`spec-changes.json`'s at #22485). The publish lane generates both into the package
105+
before the tarball is packed, and the pull request generates both in memory
106+
(`check:spec-changes`, `check:upgrade-guide`) and renders their diff for the reviewer.
107+

pages, and `docs/protocol-upgrade-guide.md` is a hand-written pointer stub that nothing
110+
generates. A retirement card is not faster for this file, only harder to lose.

### What the merge queue did with those projections — measured (#8344), while they were committed
113+
114+
History, kept for its `registry.ts` conclusion. This section measured the two
115+
projections while they were committed and routed `merge=os-regen`; since #22485
116+
they are neither, so there is nothing of theirs left to merge. What still holds is the
117+
residue paragraph below: every adjacent-id collision conflicts in `registry.ts`.

`.gitattributes` routes both through `merge=os-regen`, and that driver is a **local**
