chore(changeset): os lint grades the retired agent.lifecycle dead — only the parsing doors refuse it first
The changeset said `os lint` stopped warning because the parse refuses the key first. `os lint` lints the unparsed stack, so it now reports `liveness-dead-property` for `agent.lifecycle` (measured with lintLivenessProperties on this tree). `os validate` and the other parsing doors refuse the key before any advisory runs.
