test(types): the two any[] rows in the gantt query-key guard say why they restate any
The `_StaticDataIsDeclared` and `_FilterIsDeclared` rows pin members `objectql.ts` declares as `any[]`; `Equal` is strict, so the row must spell the same type. A per-line disable with that reason replaces the two `no-explicit-any` warnings the lint run reported. Comment bytes only.
