Remove the unused scheduler field stored in the Windows watcher variant. Also replace an unreachable assertion in the fsevents watch trie with a Code_error and update an obsolete comment in the fsevents sync watcher. Signed-off-by: Rudi Grinberg <me@rgrinberg.com>
