Times are not properly Unmarshelled from Grafeas API response

When listing occurrences, times are not properly parsed, and thus default to 0001-01-01. This is because the format that gofeas tries to unmarshal from is not set.

I was able to resolve the issue by adding the following code, and changing all fields with type time.time to GofeasTime. The only issue with this is that I have not found a way to do anonymous structs in swagger. Could possibly put it in another file and just have swagger set to ignore that file. I'm not sure what the build process is though o generate all the files, I'm assuming its all generated from /api/swagger.yaml
