impossible d'installer le plugin

bonjour ,
il est impossible pour moi d'installer le plugin goxlr sur mon appareil et je ne trouve aucune solution a mon problème .
pourtant tout mes logiciel sont a jour .
quelqu'un aurait il une solution ? merci

For version 6+ of Louepdeck, you can try this:

For version 5, you can try this:
https://github.com/oddbear/Loupedeck.GoXLR.Plugin/releases/tag/v0.0.2-pre

If you had it before updating, it could be a good idea to manually removing it before trying to install it.

j'ai essayé de réinstaller le logiciel loupedeck (LoupedeckInstaller_6.0.3.21384) , je n'ai pas trouver le dossier %LOCALAPPDATA%\Loupedeck\Plugins\ et même en le plaçant avec les autres plugins ca ne fonctionne pas . :(
première fois que j'essaye d'installer ce plugins

J'ai essayé de passé sur la version 5.9 et tout fonstionne correctement ...

In LD 6 it's %LOCALAPPDATA%\Logi\LogiPluginService\Plugins
It's also good to delete all files in \Logi\LogiPluginService\Logs\plugin_crashes and the plugin before updating if it's in \Logi\LogiPluginService\Plugins

ca ne veut toujours pas , surement un problème de mon coté ...
Ce n'est pas grave merci d'avoir pris du temps pour m'aider
