Create Chapter Breaks

Hi,

This is a feature request, in case I'm right and it doesn't already exist.

I'm looking for a way to specify chapter breaks. My structure looks like this right now:

Part 1: Creation

Some text here.

** Chapter 1: First Step

Some text here.

What I'm looking for is:

• Have 1 chapter for part 1
• Have another chapter for Chapter 1 underneath it
• Have every headline under chapter 1 inside that chapter (i.e. being able to specify anything lower than ** should not be a chapter)

Is there a way to do this?
