📝 Issue Description

What happened?
Unabhängig von SOC und max_charge_power_w wird immer die max_pv_charge_rate des Inverters in die Zeitabhängige Batteriesteueung geschrieben. In der EOS connect-GUI wird hingegen der erwartete Wert angezeigt.

Expected Behavior
Die abhängig von SOC/Temperatur/max_charge_power_w bestimmte maximale Ladeleistung sollte in die Zeitabhängige Batteriesteueung geschrieben werden.

Actual Behavior
Es wird immer der Wert max_pv_charge_rate aus der Inverterkonfiguration in die Zeitabhängige Batteriesteueung geschrieben.
