MQTT: Battery Discharge while EVCC Charging

Hi,

today i had the situation, while EVCC charging was active, that EOS Connect State was "Discharge Allowed EVCC PV" but the reflected MQTT state in HomeAssistant was "Avoid Discharge EVCC PV"

thanks for the finding, was only wrongly documented states in mqtt states description - fixed with next develop
