Investigate feasibility for TT to create a QuickRun shortcut

Shortcut would launch TT, update mods, and then launch KSP after mods updated.

Investigation is based on whether Java can create native shortcuts capable of performing this task.

The final product could launch a reduced version of the GUI. Possibly displaying only the splash screen, with progress bars.

Actually, i stopped launching KSP thu TT since TT can't handle to be opened for a week or so. TT is already "too easy" ;) (unless it crashes, yes.)

You could have the shortcut run a command such as "java -jar TinkerTime.jar update launch" and implement command line arguments.
