It's time to figure out how to make installations for major distributions

First all all need to create releases on github and at least automatic pushes to cargo.

• make release binaries for osx, linux, win
• install on arch (because i have it)
• debian/ubuntu
• win (???)

I am packing for nixpkgs, would be very helpful if you tagged each release in git. Also merging #56 would be good
