Not able to sync with the latest public testnet

With the given genesis file and seeds, sync with the latest testnet is still impossible.
The sha256 checksum of the used genesis file is: 0bb40c6120356ecf2bda9af866adcb86c14b711064de14fbd12eb63bbd62377a.
