Add //css_precompiler support for RoslynEvaluator and CodDomEvaluator

Hello @oleg-shilo , I hope you're doing well. I found another issue, possibly, with the resolving path and in our case, it's the precompiler path again.

The issue this time is that the folder of the script that's compiled is not included in the 'searchDirs' anymore. It used to. Here's how it used to be in CSScriptLibrary.CSSCript.InitExecuteOptions:

if (scriptFile != "")
{
    scriptFile = FileParser.ResolveFile(scriptFile, (string[])dirs.ToArray(typeof(string))); //to handle the case when the script file is specified by file name only
    dirs.Add(Path.GetDirectoryName(scriptFile));
}

options.searchDirs = RemovePathDuplicates((string[])dirs.ToArray(typeof(string)));

I think it would make sense to add this back.

I am not sure I follow.
Can you please indicate what codebase (e.g. version) you are referring to?
At the moment, InitExecuteOptions does not exist. Any chance you are referring to CS-Script for .NET Framework?

Yes exactly. The behavior is not the same compared to previous .net framework version. Previous version had the path of the script in the searchDirs, latest version does not.

OK, it explains then.
It is expected that not all functionality would match 100% compared to the obsolete .NET Framework targeting edition.
And indeed, in this case, InitExecuteOptions does not exist any more.

Anyway, what stage of the compilation are you referring to? I think you might be talking about executing the precompiler and using its folder to hold some precompiler dependencies. Am I right?
