Summary

Implement a centralized Settings interface for user-configurable app behavior.

Scope

  • Add a native Settings window.
  • Provide a maintainable structure for current and future preferences.
  • Persist settings across launches.
  • Keep all user-facing text localized in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, and German.
