wasip2 support

This is such a cool project! I was imagining a chat client that allows users to write WASM plugins from the browser, and this might be the piece that we need.

But I kinda need wasip2 as a target. Is this project likely to support that? If no, what are the blockers?

1. it has not yet reached practical speeds.
2. the LLVM fork that the wasm-target uses for compilation requires threading functionality (though this may now be resolved).
   Threading functionality has not yet been implemented in wasip2.
3. wasip2 is strictly targeted at libraries, meaning it cannot be used with the rustc command. However, this is easily resolved due to rustc's structure.

At first glance, it seems straightforward if only 2 is resolved, but I have not done so as I am prioritising the creation of a https://github.com/oligamiq/wasi_virt_layer to bring the execution speed to a practical level.

If you try to compile to wasip2 on rubrc, with a bit of luck it will work by first adding wasm32-wasip2 to
https://github.com/oligamiq/rust_wasm/blob/c9aa5d3edbcb55423ea4c4ab3fbd1b70becb36f1/.github/workflows/create_release.yml
and then adding wasm32-wasip2 to
https://github.com/oligamiq/rubrc/blob/27e1efded219f28393819d51519b3580af328690/page/src/sysroot.ts
