Add llm-health info to endpoint overview

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great to see the current liveliness status of a LLM Endpoint inside the UI.
Therefore you would directly see if an endpoint is currently not working.

**Additional context**
Needs to be implemented in the BFF first in order to retrieve health information and/or stored somewhere.
Further evaluation and architecture design is required.
