Add-info link points to the archived repo; also a neighbour list you may want to link #15

Description

@arquicanedo
  1. The "Add info" link is pointing at the old repo.
    On both https://mode-s.org/atmdata/tools/ and https://open-aviation.github.io/atmdata/tools/, the "Add info" link resolves to https://github.com/atmdata/atmdata.github.io/issues/new. That repository was last pushed in December 2024 and its description says it redirects here, so anyone following the link from the site files against a repo nobody is watching. Probably worth repointing it at this repository.

  2. A neighbour list, if it's useful.
    I maintain https://github.com/arquicanedo/awesome-air-traffic-control, an index of air traffic control software: simulators, network controller clients, research environments, and data tooling. It already links atmdata as a related list, since atmdata is where I found several of the entries in my own Tools and data section.

The overlap is partial rather than duplicative. atmdata covers data sources and the libraries for working with them; mine covers the software people control with, plus the research simulators (BlueSky, BlueSky-Gym, BluebirdATC, AirTrafficSim, Mercury). If a reciprocal link fits somewhere, I'd be glad to have it, and happy to send a PR in whatever form suits the site.

Either way, thanks for atmdata. It's the best index of this material I've found.
