Auto creation of redirects provided by the Redirects module is not working in combination with openy_redirect

The "Automatically create redirects when URL aliases are changed." setting on /admin/config/search/redirect/settings is not working as expected.

Scenario:

1. User creates a page and add an alias 'test-a'
2. User edits the page and update the alias to 'test-b'
3. User access test-a

Result: Page not found
Expected result: Redirects to test-b
