videoPreload:false not working with HLS

HLS Streams always gets preloaded, maybe implement a state that only shows the poster and [implements the player / loads the video] only if play/player clicked, even with HLS.

The library we are using to allow the video element to display hls streams, hls.js, does not get the information about video length (or first frame) to the video until the first chunk is loaded. Thus, disabling preload prevents us from having the video length listed . I think it would be fair to just limit the buffering size to one chunk when you set videoPreload: falseThis will be close to no preloading, and we still get video length and a preview frame. For this example, the first chunk will be 1.8MB, which is the first 10 seconds of the video.
