Agent trigger action pool race condition can lead to activated termination action #79
Description
Since a provider state notification can lead to several agent actions and its order is nearly random.
Thus, it can happen that the standby agent is removing its off state while the action of the presence agent is still processing. In this case the termination action gets active and lights are shortly turned off.
