Enable some features for EVM tokens

• Allow get address: Can't get address of the specific Ethereum token (except ETH (Ethereum)) #93

  • Actual: Can not get address (show Select token screen is empty)
  • Expect: Allow get address
    => will be fixed in Update Send Fund UX #64

• Allow Send fund

  • Actual: Do not show token to choose to send
  • Expect: Show token on list to choose token
    => will be fixed in Update Send Fund UX #64

• Allow import custom EVM collectible #149

• Allow send collectible => Related to issue Allow send collectible #161

• Allow import EVM network (already implemented) => Related to issue Recheck network mananger #54
