process_runup failure

I believe there is a issue on the morphological influence of process_runup. When turning process_runup on, the model has no change for different wave conditions. I run into this issue for tutorial case 2 (wave).

condition: tide=1[m], Hs=3[m],Tp=9[s]

I try to change SWL to TWL(=SWL+run-up) in line 204 of hydro.py. It makes the distinction of runup effect visible shown as below but results in larger sediment pick-up elevation and non-smooth transport flux comparing with tutorial result (Figure 1 & 2 in doc)
Tutorial case shows correct elevatoin is 2m but the result is on 2.5m.
