Task – RBAC AuthZ – Migration Script – Follow-up when Org level is implemented

In M0, a task related to a migration script was created: #179. However, at that time the Org level had not yet been implemented, since it is planned to be available in M1.

Therefore, this ticket is a follow-up to update the migration script so that it takes into account the Org level implementation.
