Add ability to edit / save / reload config in UI #176
Description
Right now the only way to update the configuration or change config files is to quit and restart the app. It should be trivial in urwid to take the content in the existing config pane and save it to disk or reload an externally updated config via button push. I believe the current pane should also allow us to edit the file and make updates.
