geospatial attribute: enhances to UI

with geospatial attribute,

1. inform users that only geojson files are accepted.
2. after uploading a file, hide Upload button.
3. Fix an issue with perimeter value.
4. hide SAVE button in the map view.
5. hide the text above the map view.
