Reviewer Links Verification process

Admin / Reviewer / Regional focal point only:

• In the home add new Tab before Recent Activity: Links status
• Add button Verify links that triggers verify links job (only for specific country)
• Add list with results (exactly the same as admin page - just remove country iso in the locations)
• And approve button is there as well
• Middleware : admin / REV / RFC

Update Country status:

• When REV or RFC wants to send the assessment for approval:
  if jobs has never been executed or there are non approved invalid links, the status cannot change and:
  • do not show users list or send copy to self
  • show Error icon + 'The report cannot be submitted for approval since [the verification links process has never be executed] | [there are invalid links]\n
    Please go the Links status page and verify the links'
  • do not show submit button
