Currently, the inventory data netcdfs only contain uncertainty information from the UK. This information was extracted from an annex of the UK inventory (which only gives uncertainty for the 1990 inventory value and the inventory value from the most recent year, and we extrapolate between the two years). So to add this information for all countries may be a slow process, we'd have to gather this information from each national inventory report individually.
For now, the code prints a warning when trying to plot inventory uncertainty from a grouped country, but in the future the code should be updated to calculate this value and plot it when requested.
