Write high-resolution outputs without flattening away inner-domain structure

Goal

Produce useful outputs for the 6 km deliverable while preserving the distinction between inner and
outer domains.

Tasks

• Reconstruct posterior flux outputs for outer and inner domains.
• Preserve the high-resolution grid in diagnostic outputs.
• Produce production-ready outputs needed for the June deliverable.
• Define what PARIS output can represent and what should be a separate diagnostic artifact.
• Record basis/domain provenance in output metadata.

Acceptance criteria

• High-resolution posterior flux can be written on the inner grid.
• Total outputs are available for downstream analysis.
• Output metadata records inner/outer domain definitions and basis operators.
