Add blank webpage (titled: Committee Meetings) to the Resources section of the OpenHW Website

OpenHW Foundation needs to display WG meeting minutes on the website. This is an urgent request.

Please:

1. Add a blank webpage using the existing OpenHW blog page template page under the Resources top level menu. I would like it to appear as the last item in the drop down list.
2. Title the new page Committee Meetings
3. Ensure Frederic Desbiens has editing rights on this new page (he will be adding the content to the page)

We already have a meeting minutes template that can be easily integrated across most of our sites. I recommend using this option, as it will be simpler to maintain and faster to implement.
