The GitHub Dependabot is complaining about a security vulnerability in
minimatch. Apparently the issue is we are using an out-of-date version of minimatch. The file in question is .yarn.lock, which is an automatically generated file.https://github.com/openhwgroup/openhwfoundation.org/security/dependabot/108
