Task: Move Get MCPs query to GraphQL

## Description

Adjust `useManagedControlPlanesQuery` to use the GraphQL backend:
- [ ] Call GraphQL backend
- [ ] Remove REST call
- [ ] Possibly introduce a new type for all required fields
- [ ] Test this :-) 
- [ ] Use types provided by GraphQL and remove custom types we created
