signin/up shows header as well as footer part which is unprofessional

hello i am gssoc'25 contributor ,
have seen unprofeesional worst issue in professional looking website with signup and sign in header and footer can be easily scrolled and move whioch is breaching the mind of user , i want to remove header and footer    and fix login and signup 
and if anyother issues i can also solve that
