If you minimize (alt+tab ?) the game at the new splash screens, the moving characters (scarf face, Bettina?) carry on moving; then when you return the bottom of the screen glitches and the character is either far at the opposite side of, partially on/off, or missing from, the screen altogether.
I'm unable to get a screenshot of this as PrrSc doesn't seem to work at the splash screen either, but it is very easy to reproduce this. Simply minimize the game at the slash screen, wait a short while, then return.
Edit: I think the expected behaviour would be for the splash character to stop moving when the game minimises, and for the bottom of the screen to not glitch like it does upon returning.
